He is survived by: his significant other Tabitha Booth (Hoover); his children, Nathan T. Booth, Madison Booth and Krysta Kunes; his mother Sandra Strzelczyk-Bush; his stepfather Stephen Bush; and his siblings, Melissa Tierney (Josh), Glenn Strzelczyk (Chelsea) and Nikolas Strzelczyk (Jordan). He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins.
