She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Krulik and Gladys Krulik (Dlugosz); her husband John F. Panza; and her children, Mark Panza (Helen), Gerald Panza, Jeffrey Panza (Denise), Janelle Stromberg (Steve) and Gregory Panza.

She is survived by: her sister Dolores Arico (late Anthony). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
