He is survived by: his wife Samina Yasmin; his children, Waqar Ahmad, Faiza Ahmad (Irfan), Shumalia Manahil (Muneer), Faiqa Ahmad, Aisha Ahmad and Abrar Ahmed; and his brother Tahir Mahmood of Bradford, ON. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, one brother and 4 sisters in Pakistan, 1 sister.
