He is survived by: his wife Aisha A. Bell (Abram) of Niagara Falls; his children, Dionne Haynes of California, Cassandra Ellis of Cleveland, Felicia Carter of Niagara Falls, Renita Haynes of Tonawanda, Michele Slatter of Atlanta, Jason Bell of St. Catharines, John Bell of Niagara Falls and Millard Ellis of Buffalo; his brothers, Clifford Bell of North Carolina and William Bernard Bell of Niagara Falls; and his nephew Cedric Bell of Florida. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
