She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth A. Blaise and Marlilis R. Blaise (Bush); her daughter Michelle Ryan; and her sister Carol Hlastala (Steve). She is survived by: her boyfriend John P. Deeter, Sr.; her son James Ryan (Christina); her stepchildren, Jennifer Puchlerz (James) and John P. Deeter, Jr.; her grandchildren, James, Jr., Jessica, Catherine, Janelle, Justin, Joshua and Austin Skylar; her siblings, Judith Cianchetti (John), John Blaise, Debra Gallagher (Bob) and Sherri Standlee (Ben); and her brother-in-law Steve Hlastala (late Carol). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
