She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore'Sam' Fazio and Rosa Fazio (Strangio); her husband Joseph J. Forgione, Sr.; and her granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Forgione. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Forgione, Jr. (Lori) and Andrea Wrobel (Thomas); her grandchildren, Amanda Budwick (Robert), Adam Joseph Forgione, Nicholas Wrobel (Nicole Dutton), Amy Jamieson (Steven) and Jennifer Wrobel (Daniel Beicke); her great grandchildren, Madelyn, McKenzie, Xander, Benny, Thomas and Archie; and her brother Dominic Toliano (late Anna). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
