She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Moore and Sealey Moore (Sampson); her sons, Allen Dale Wagner and Richard Wagner, Jr.; and her sister Juanita Randock (late Joe).
She is survived by: her husband Richard Wagner, Sr.; her daughters, Kim Wagner (Maryann DeGennaro) and Phyllis Wagner; her grandson Dylan James Wagner; her siblings, Geneva Slaght (late Keith), Lewis "Bud" Moore (Lucy) and Shirley Chapman; and her daughter Dale Eisenman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice or Erie County Medical Center.
