She is survived by: her children, Alexander, Catherine and Stanley Czapla; her granddaughter Nicole (Kevin Schlum); her great grandchild Leah; her sisters-in-law, Barbara (Richard Zygmont) and Patricia (Kenneth Dargis); her siblings, Vincent E. Blake Jr. and Kathleen Blake; and also Alexander W. "Al" Czapla. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
