He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Pescrillo and Mary Pescrillo (Mastromatteo); and his siblings, Angie Ingro (late Jospeh), Paul Pescrillo (late Teresa) and Sal Pescrillo (late Flo).

He is survived by: his sons, Lenny A. Pescrillo (Dana) and Ralph T. Pescrillo; his grandchildren, Johnnie, Anthony, Mary, Jordan, Trever and Antonio; his great grandchild Elyanna; his sister Gerry Thornhill; and his friend Deanna'Jeannie'Frake. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
