He is survived by: his wife Judy D'Antuono (Mamon); his daughters, Tina Faccini (David) and Crystal Lovines; his stepsons, Paul Cook (Stefeny) and Peter Cook; his son-in-law James Lovines; and his siblings, Dario D'Antuono, Antonio D'Antuono (Luann), Joseph D'Antuono (Linda), Lewis D'Antuono (Florence), Rose Dorgan (Thomas), Shirley D'Antuono Racine and Jack D'Antuono (Janine). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Roswell Park.
