She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Fernandez and Guillermina Fernandez (Perez); her husband Frank Costanzo; and her son Mark Costanzo. She is survived by: her children, Richard Costanzo (Karen), Joseph Costanzo (Karen) and Suzette McDonell (Dino); and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Allison Petrozzi (John), Sara Schiro (Chris), Cassie Poppenberg and Melissa Ennett (Pete). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
