Joseph Phillips Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Phillips (Niagara Falls, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 27, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Phillips and Doris Phillips (Marien); and his brother-in-law Duane Delgrolice. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Phillips (Delgrolice); his children, Tina Bolam (Dale), Michael Phillips (Jennifer) and Rochelle Skurski (Jerry); his grandchildren, Alexis, Amber Bolam, Jacob and Parker Phillips; his mother-in-law Helen Delgrolice (late Nicholas); his aunt Ruth Jones (late Merril); and his brother-in-law Nicholas Delgrolice. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the M. J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel (2730 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
