He is survived by: his wife Noreen Kok (Archie); his children, Sheryl Johnson (Timothy), David Kok (Linda) and Michael Kok (Stacey); and his grandchildren, Joseph Johnson (Beth), Christopher Johnson (Amy), Matthew Johnson, Mark Johnson, David Kok (Francesca), Jacob Kok, Stven Kok, Mackenzie Kok and Samuel Kok. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
