He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Shaner and Callie Maroon (late James). He is survived by: his sons, Jason (Steven Colosi) and Daniel Shaner; his grandchildren, Lilyana Shaner and Landen Shaner; his sisters, Susan Riorden (Terence) and Cheryl (late Carlo); his nieces, Callie Banko (James), Dana Conti (Jason Langer) and Christine Conti; and his friend Bob Strassburg. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
