He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Nickles (King); his children, John "Jay" Nickles, Jonna Swartz (Larry) and Jennifer Watson (late Rutherford); his grandchildren, Robert, Matthew, Nicholas, Rebecca and Makayla; his great grandchildren, Griffin and Lily; and his siblings, Joseph (Cathy), James and Marie Nickles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
