He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Ciskiewic and Lillian Ciskiewic (Musilowski); and his brother Leo Ciskiewic. He is survived by: his children, Crystal Lee Ciskiewic and Michael Ciskiewic; and his sister Kathy Pengelly (Dennis). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
