He is survived by: his siblings, Eric, Steve Kuriscak and Jeannette Mittenmaier; his wife Patty Hogan; his children, Lisa (Koldo) and Kenny (Michelle); his granddaughters, Morgan and Marianna; his brother-in-law Robert Mittenmaier; and his nieces, Jenny Pumphrey and Laura Lynn Smith.
