He is survived by: his children, Valerie Kovac (Peter) and Gustav Czaplak (Candice); his siblings, Robin Karbowski, Robert Czaplak, Matthew Yorio (Brenda) and Carol Reeley (Jeffrey); his close friend Patricia Czaplak (Sanders); and his grandchildren, Zackry, Zavier Czaplak and Sophie Kovac. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
