She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Petrone and Alberta Petrone (Marra); her husband Carmen Genovese (F. D.); and her siblings, Mary Vitello (late Salvatore 'Sas'), Rocco Petrone (late Harriet), Frances Oliverio (late Silvio) and Carmella Fera (Ducky).
She is survived by: her children, Peter M. Genovese (Maryanne), Carmen Genovese (Michelle) and Cathy Churpita (Bob); her grandchildren, Peter J. Genovese, Frank Genovese, Carmen Genovese (Emily), Felicia Pallaci (Vinny), Robert Genovese (Sarah), Brian Churpita and Anthony Churpita; her great grandchildren, Gianna and Mara; and her sister Patricia Pfohl (Walter). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial offerings may be made to the American Heart Association or Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
