She was predeceased by: her husband William B. Bailor; her siblings, Jerry Carter and Jeffrey Carter (Deb); and her parents, James Carter and Gladys Carter.
She is survived by: her sons, James Bailor (Stacy Rainey) and Timothy Bailor (KarrieAnne); her grandchildren, Alivia and Brayden Bailor; and her siblings, Elaine Varney and Fred Carter (Eileen).
