She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Phipps and Kathleen B. Phipps (Carmody); and her siblings, Robert M. Phipps, Marilyn C. Baldwin (late Frederick E.), Margaret M. Cameron (late Charles), John D. Phipps (late Candace) and Irene Conrad.
She is survived by: her spouse Richard H. Baldwin; her children, Kathleen L. D'Elia (Mark S.) and Richard K. Baldwin; and her grandchildren, Mark A. D'Elia, Daniel K. Baldwin (Molly), Richard L. Baldwin (Rachel) and Kristin McCoy (Chad). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
