We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2024, at the age of 52, Jason R. Strope Sr. of Niagara Falls, New York, born in Lewiston, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Strope; and his grandparents, Richard, Nellie Huryn, John and Roseanna'Rose'Strope.
He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Strope (Huryn); his brothers-in-law, John and Nick; his children, Jason Strope Jr., Austin Strope and Mackenzie Lawrence; his stepdaughter Alyssa Maio (Matt); his pet Bubba; his siblings, Christine Dickey, Shirley Hanson (Nicholas), Denielle Fees (Ron), Denise Litz (John) and Shannon Jones (Lyn); his nieces and nephews, Christopher Carter, Asha Carter, Laurie Hamilton (DeQwan), Larry Washington (Tank Tank), Nicole Hanson-Gilmore (Josh), Michael Hanson (Kira), Ashlee Peterson (Kurtis), Samantha Strope, Andrew Harvey, Jayson Parker, Julian Parker, Brayden Fees, John Litz Jr., Dylan Litz, Jase Litz and Christopher Falbo; his devoted boss Frank DiMaria; his uncles, Richard Huryn and Robert Huryn; and his aunt Debra Battaglia. He is also survived by his loving family and countless friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the VFW Post 917 (2435 Seneca Ave, Niagara Falls, NY 14305).
