With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet M. Gertz (Niagara Falls, New York), who passed away on November 30, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Freatman and Harriette [Smith] Freatman; and her brother Richard Freatman. She is survived by: her husband Thomas E. Gertz; her children, David Gertz (Laura Hickey), Michael Gertz (Tracy) and Kathy Walker (Brad); her grandchildren, Marc Gertz, Rebecca McKeown, Steven (Jessica), Bryan Gertz and Jayson Walker; her great grandchildren, Sawyer, Noah, Skylar and Autumn; and her sister-in-law Carol Freatman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
