He is survived by: his siblings, Luann Pyska (Patrick), Vicki Muoio (Anthony), Cathy Hoffman, Howard "Red" Hoffman (Franzia), Leonard Hoffman (Pamela) and Donna Hoffman (Tim Burbee). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
