He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Faiola and Jennie Faiola (DeLelio); his wife Dolores Faiola (Reele); and his sister Amelia Cosentino (late John). He is survived by: his children, Richard Faiola (Kathy Jo) and Cheryl Faiola; his granddaughters, Tiffany Faiola and Jacklyn Hall (Zach); his great grandchildren, Lucca, Liam and Landon; and his sister Lee Adriatico (late Rocco). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.
