It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Iona Irene Rickard (Niagara Falls, New York), born in Clymer, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Chelton and Kathryn Chelton (Frantz); her children, Dianna Leithner (Robert), Gary Rickard (Jackie), Ira Rickard (Julie) and Duane Rickard (Sandra); her sister Betty McGee (Robert); her husband Ira Rickard; and her sisters, Laura Probash and Katherine Mae Cocolin. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Niagara Presbyterian Church.
