He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefan Buchalski and Feliksa Buchalski (Nicpon); his wife Carole; and his siblings, Felix, John, Matthew, Leo, Walter, Chester, Tadeusz and Stella.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Petrozzi (John), Peggy Trethewey (Jeffrey) and Judith Morrissey (Brian); his grandchildren, Adriane Salerno (James), John Petrozzi (Allison), Shauna Pucillo (Gerald), Alexandra Trethewey, Julie Trethewey, Alaina Pavelko (Michael) and Carolyn Pacitti (Anthony); and his great grandchildren, Leah, Julia, Anthony, Julian, Jorie, Lillian, Kathryn, August, Brendan and Luciana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
