She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaus Sekula and Mary Sekula (Dlugosz); her husband Teddy F. Cap; her granddaughter Michelle Cap; and her brother Stanley Sekula (Ann).
She is survived by: her children, Janice Jakubowski (Michael) of Port Charolette and Alan "Al" J. Cap (Marie); her grandchildren, Renee Raybuck (Micky), Andrew Cap, Doug Cap, Bryan Cap (Brittany) of Arizona, Mark Jakubowski and Michael Jakubowski of Florida; and her great grandchildren, Eli Cap, Tobi Cap, Saree Cap, Jesse Cap, Lilianna Cap, Jackson Arnot and Jace Cap.
