He is survived by: his wife Patricia Phillips (Tompkins); his children, Mark Phillips, Michele Luscher (Donald), Dianne Jasek (William) and Frank Phillips (Cindy); his grandchildren, Jonathan Simon, Christina Jasek (Petr Ruben), Alexandria Jasek, Nicholas Jasek and Ryan Knapp (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, West and Jack Knapp. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
