He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kulbago and Frances Kulbago (Stack); his son Christopher Kulbago Sr.; his stepdaughter Tina Joyce; his brother Michael Kulbago Jr. Francis; his grandson Christopher Kulbago Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, Katlyn Mettler, Brittany Mettler, Mia Joyce and Sophia Joyce; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alivia, Layla, Cayden, Isaiah and Amora; his brother Eugene Kulbago David (Patricia); and his niece Jessica Onevelo (Michael).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kulbago (DeLoreto); and his children, Michelle Penque (Angelo) and Mark Kulbago (Michelle).
