He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hawkins and Cynthia'Cindy' Hawkins (Cardinale); and his son Edward Hawkins (Jacqueline). He is survived by: his wife Laura A. Hawkins (Vankoughnet); and his children, Gina Hawkins and Scott. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
