With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothea E. Ditzen of Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on September 19, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Schwarz and Elisabeth Schwarz (Sconefeld). She is survived by: her husband Col. William Ditzen Jr.; her son Joachim Kramp (Angela); her grandchildren, Konstantin and Meret; and her sister Helga Floss of Germany.

Memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice.
