She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul P. Taczak and Ellen M. Taczak (Lysaght). She is survived by: her son Derick Pettitt; her siblings, Lori Comnack (James), Michelle Hearn and Robert Taczak (Mary Louise); her nephews, Peter, Morgan, Jimmy and Nick; and her friends, Sue, Charlie, Janelle, Eric, Jen, Jeremy, Tim, Dot, Roy, Val, Paula and Kathy.

In Lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, Elm & Carlton Streets, Buffalo, NY, 14263.
