He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Fleischman and Helen Fleischman (Augustyniak); and his sister Betty Megger (Walter). He is survived by: his wife Carol Fleishman (Chiodo); his grandson Dr. Justin Wong; his siblings, Chester Fleischman Jr. (Terry) and Judith Constantino (Donald); and his siblings-in-law, David Chiodo (Amy Rushing) and Anne Craggs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
