She is survived by: her nephew Larry Oakes; her niece Danielle Lauzon; her daughter Sharon Porter; her siblings, Samuel Oakes Jr. and Mona Lauzon (Carl); her pets, Princess, Bella and Chloe; and also Herb Porter. She is also survived by two aunts and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
