He is survived by: his wife Monica Kadykowski; his children, Paul DiCamillo, Kristin Mansour (David) and Kathryn Alterio (PJ); his grandchildren, John Mansour (Jack), Matthew Mansour, Mia Mansour, Gabriel DiCamillo and Samuel Alterio; his close friends, Thomas DiCamillo (Elizabeth), Francis "Skip" DiCamillo (Judith) and Michael DiCamillo; and his brothers-in-law, James Sinclair (Kim) and Jerry Forkois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
While he was resigned to the fact that he had Parkinson's Disease, Dave never stopped fighting its limitations, and he never gave in or gave up.
