He is survived by: his parents, Nicole Borkenhagen (William Leveille) and Michael Mullins; his siblings, Madison Leveille and Bradley Mullins; his grandparents, Dianna Borkenhagen (Janet Thompson) and Charles Borkenhagen; and his uncle David Borkenhagen (Jennifer). He is also survived by several cousins, great-aunts, and great-uncles.
