We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2023, Carol Ann Goodwin of Niagara Falls, New York, born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Richard'Rick'G. Goodwin Jr. (Teresa Goodwin) and Sharon L. Palmer; her significant other Donald Kimmer; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Dimino (Josh Dimino), Stefanie Binecki (Jeremy Binecki), Julianne Casilio (Sean Casilio), Andrew Goodwin and Kimberly Goodwin (Michael Saunders); her great grandchildren, Landon Dimino, Eden Dimino, Brody Casilio, Owen Casilio and Zane Binecki; her sibling Thomas Fehringer Jr. (Dale Fehringer); her nephew Jason Fehringer; her nieces, Heather Fehringer-Flynn (Calder Flynn) and Laura Soko (Trevor Soko); and her pet Lily. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
