She was predeceased by: her parents, George J. Fritz and Cloera "Peggy" Fritz (Fritz); her husband William B. "Bill" Victory; and her brother Jack E. Fritz. She is survived by: her children, Brian W. Victory (Julie) of Stroudsburg, Brenda J. Donley (Bruce Donley) of Niagara Falls, NY and Barry R. Victory (Susan) of Sanford, Florida; her grandchildren, Zachary Donley, Hannah Donley and Mariah Kenny (Joshua); her great grandchildren, Sophia and Ellie Kenny; her stepgrandchildren, Kristin Abell, Heather Abell (Daniel Rockhill) and Matthew Abell (Linea); her stepgreat-granddaughter Emerson Abell; and her sister-in-law Barbara Fritz of Albany.
