With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arline Richardson (Niagara Falls, New York), who passed away on August 17, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Cowan and Audrey Cowan (Balsam); her husband William D. Richardson; her daughter Susan Sczepczenski (late Mark); and her sister Shirley Baillie.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Richardson (Denise) and Paul Richardson (Cyndi); and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Sean, Meghan and Justin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
