She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Sanfilippo and Nancy Sanfilippo (Anello); her son Leonard Grove Pharo III; and her siblings, Connie Puglisi (late Michael), Rosalie Viapiano (late Anthony), Nancy Scudieri (Louis), MaryAnne Pennesi (late Ronald) and Charmayne Pollow (late James Sr.).
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Milton (James), Rosalie Pharo (Chris Skrzypek) and Joelle Pharo (Patrick DiLaura); her grandchildren, Angela Al-Humakani (Hamad), Antoinette Chumley (Jon Hart), John Chumley (Susan), Lindsey Woodard (Brett), Daniel Pharo, Michael Pharo (Jessica) and Jazmine Brinson; and her daughters-in-law, Shannyn Pharo and Louise Augustyniak. She is also survived by 10 loving great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
