He is survived by: his children, Kelly Miller (Sam) and Patrick Custode; his grandson Gavin Miller; his siblings, Lewis Custode, Jr. (Maria) and AnnMarie Waud (Glen); his nieces, Barbara Casavant, Laura Keiper (Patrick) and Christina Custode; his friend Michael Boyd; and his great-niece Trynity.
