She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Lysack and Dorothea Lysack (Kolesynk); her children, Glory Ann Dumych and Daniel Dumych; and her siblings, Kate Lysack, Olga Komenda (late James), Nick Lysack (Nettie) and Sophie Ward (late Peter).

She is survived by: her daughter Ellen Smith (Ronald) of Hudson Falls, NY; her grandchildren, Katherine Graham (John) of Hudson Falls, NY, Karen Senior (Richard) of Hudson Falls, NY, Krista Maness (Shannon) of Dillon, MT and Ian Dumych (Megan) of Seattle, WA; her great grandchildren, Sarah Lukowski (Logan), Rebekah, Rahshiem Graham, Bryden, Thaddeus, Oscar, Mitchell Senior, Lydia and Stuart Maness; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jared and Sabrina Senior; her siblings, Maxym Lysack (late Eleanor), Victor Lysack (Elvira), Michael Lysack (Margaret), Lily Johnston (Gary) and Dr. Allen Lysack (Shirley); and her sister-in-law Nettie Lysack (late Nick). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
