She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Caruso and Rafaella Caruso; her husband Frank J. Laiacona, Sr.; her sisters, Mary "Mimi" Fannucci (Joseph), Angela Laiacona (Michael) and Philomena DeChiro (Michael); and her nieces, Patricia Laiacona and Raffaela DeChiro.
She is survived by: her children, F. John Laiacona, Jr. of Columbus, OH, Christine L. Gangemi (Richard) of Loudonville and David A. Laiacona of Colonie; her grandson Ryan Gangemi (Leslie) of Menands; her great grandchildren, Gwendolyn and William Gangemi; and her nieces and nephews, Geri-Ann Laiacona, James Laiacona and Mary DeChiro. She is also survived by many other family members, friends, and golf partners.
