He is survived by: his parent Doris Maxwell (Morey); his siblings, Edward Maxwell, James Maxwell of Fairfield, Robert Maxwell (Eva) of North Utica, Margaret Nashton of Herkimer, Rosemary Perrino (Dominick) of Herkimer, Ann Baker of Little Falls, Ruth Ruszala (Walter) of Utica and Veronica Clifford (Robert) of Newport; his brother-in-law Joseph Sweet of Newport; and his nephew Billy Sweet of Newport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
