She was predeceased by: her parents, George Garlock and Lottie Garlock (Brown); her sibling Marion Huckabone; and her grandson Ian Wellington. She is survived by: her husband Charles M. Willoughby; her sisters-in-law, Judith Willoughby of Fairfield and June Garlock of Herkimer; her grandchildren, Rachelle, Amanda, Shelby, Michael, Allison, Alexandria, Kimberly and Billy; her great grandchildren, Scarlett and Tate; her granddaughter-in-law Amy; and her close friend Bridget. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
