She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cusack and Estella Cusack (Ackerman); her husband J. Patrick Van Buskirk; and her son James "Jamie" Van Buskirk. She is survived by: her sister Jane Terwillegar of Greensboro, NC; her children, Scott Van Buskirk (Jody) of Holland Patent and Alice Morgan (Mike) of Stittville; and her daughter-in-law Cindy Van Buskirk of Fort Mill, SC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a niece and a nephew.
