She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Gokey and Cordelia Gokey (Santamour); her son Michael; and her siblings, Glenn, Emil, Robert, Eliger Gauthier, Marion Church, Norma Heinig, Dora Jones and Rita Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Delia Jachimecki of Gainesville, FL, Berton "Joe" (Deborah) of Speculator and Erna Newman (Eric) of Newport; her daughter-in-law Martha of Cassville; her brother Homer Gokey (Alma) of West Monroe; her grandchildren, Tricia Yager (Jason), Michael (Melissa) of Maine, Krysten Ivanov (Plamen), Justin Jachimecki (Holly), Eric Newman II (Elizabeth), Kelcy Dillenbeck (Michael), Ryan Newman (Ciera), Kara LaPlante (Mark) and Stephen Dorsey; and her great grandchildren, Hayley Levesque (Stephen), Jenna (Drew), Connor Yager, Gavin, Sarah, Rowan of Maine, Sawyer, Edison Dillenbeck, Greyson, Levi, Carter, Blake Newman, Collin and Cali Dorsey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
