He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Chamberlain and Rose Chamberlain (VanEtten); his wife Sandra L. Adriance; and his sister Patricia Hatch. He is survived by: his children, Clifton Chamberlain (Val) and Cheryl Anderson (Brian) of Newport; his brother Charles Seth Chamberlain of Tioga, PA; his grandchildren, Jeremy Chamberlain (Harley) of Middleville, Amanda Tabor (Nate) of Ilion and Kiel Anderson of Newport; and his great grandchildren, Ava Chamberlain, Adalyn, Levi Tabor, Kiel Jr. and Trentyn Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
