She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Johnson and Dorothy Johnson (Franklin); her husband Stanley J. Urban III; and her siblings, Richard Johnson and Bonnie Cunningham (Johnson).
She is survived by: her children, Jason Davis of Endwell, Christopher Urban (Ashley) of Colonial Beach, VA and Jessica Urban of Endwell; her sister Cathy (Johnson) Dibble (Robert); her grandchildren, Gianna Williams, Christian Davis, Marta Cole, Seamus Urban, Emmie Pearl Urban and Oliver Urban; and her close friends, Joan Dupont and Sid Payne. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
